Woofstock is a huge, outdoor, family & pet friendly festival benefitting the Voorhees Animal Orphanage. We have music playing throughout the day. Dog demonstrations, gourmet food trucks, a raffle basket pavilion, an alumni parade, and special guests such as the Joseph Ferko String Band, Master Chef Joe Poon and Dr. Elizabeth Severino (Animal Communicator). Last year, over 4,000 people attended with 100 craft and retail vendors and 30 local animal rescue groups
$2 entry fee. Free parking Voorhees Animal Orphanage (856) 627-9111 We are the community shelter, providing services for cats and dogs in 17 towns across Camden County, NJ, as well as adoption services for the entire region. All animals receive food, shelter, and medical care, as well as spay/neuter and a microchip prior to adoption. More than half of the revenue necessary for operations is provided by a strong community of donors and supporters. An equally robust and cheerful community of hard-working volunteers supports our experienced staff members in providing care for all of the animals that come through our doors.
